At Jab Gym we offer professional coaching with our fully qualified personal trainers who also have over 10 years experience in the industry, along with boxing trainers who have also competed in the professional ranks and amateurs.
Our main packages on offer are Body challenges and boxing challenges based over 8 or 10 weeks training getting you quality results. But we also offer you training for strength goals, sports specific, weight loss and muscle gain. We get clients who very often don't really have specific goals but just want to learn boxing get fit and healthier through the sport in personal training sessions.
Boxing training offers you the ultimate workout, it can help with weight loss, building lean muscle and improves your general health and heart. A boxers training will include speed work, stamina training, strength workouts, endurance circuits along with their general boxing workouts, offering a total training camp to get in athletic condition.
Our personal training sessions are fun, which is the most important ingredient to getting results and success as a team. We offer all to bring a friend along for the same price, thats right, no extra costs for two people. We have learnt that some people train better as a two rather than a 1:1 session, but we do know that some individuals work better and want to train alone so we offer you the chance to do both.
